How Does it Work?

Shooting Powder is a flowering booster designed to work in the last three weeks before harvest. It contains a unique formulation of potassium and phosphorous, which causes your plants to grow a new layer over existing fruit when the plant is generally in its maturation phase. Shooting Powder, in addition, adds density and weight to existing fruit without degrading the quality or aroma.

How to Use?

Shooting Powder requires a lot from your plants, so use it only on plants that are at their best health and grown in optimum conditions of light, heat and carbon dioxide. It is only for use in the last three weeks of flowering.

In week one, reduce the EC of your base nutrient to 1.2 and add the product at a concentration of 0.65g per litre, which is one sachet for a 100-litre reservoir. Adjust the pH as necessary.

For the final two weeks, use again in a base nutrient of 1.2 EC but add the product at a concentration this time of 1.3g per litre, which is two sachets in a 100-litre reservoir, and adjust pH as necessary.

It is not for use with other boosters or additives with any NPK value (such as PK Booster 13/14), as it could lead to excess fertilisation.

Treat all nutrients, boosters and additives with care. Never mix them in their concentrated form. Always add each product to the nutrient solution one at a time and then stir well to combine. Then go on to add the next one, and so on.
