How Does it Work?

It increases carbon dioxide uptake, plant respiration and essential oil production, heightens gene expression, suppresses stress and improves metabolism. Moreover, it starts working just two hours after the first application.

It works as a foliar spray, or you may apply it through the plant roots. The increased level of essential oil production means a much better flavour for the end product. How to Use?

You can apply Active Boost in the flowering and vegetative phases for enhanced growth. Stop using it immediately before you begin the final flush, which is usually 1 or 2 weeks before harvest.

Make up the base nutrient and add it at a concentration of 1 to 2ml per litre of nutrient solution. Check the EC and pH levels to ensure they’re within the optimal ranges for the plant species and the stage in its development. An Essentials pH Meter and Bluelab Truncheon Nutrient Meter will be helpful tools to purchase if you don’t already have something to carry out these checks.

Active Boost also works as a foliar feed. Fill the sprayer with 2ml per litre of water and adjust the pH of the solution to about 6.0. Spray liberally onto leaves when your grow lights are off.

Allow sufficient time for the leaves to dry before you switch the lights back on, or you may see cases of leaf burn. Repeat this once every week.

Active Boost in your reservoir should be changed at least every two weeks to give the best performance.
