How do I use Coco Coir?

Coco coir is inert, devoid of nutrition, and only traces of vital minerals are present. Potassium and phosphorus concentrations will typically be high, while calcium, copper, chlorine, iron, boron, magnesium, manganese, nitrogen, and zinc will typically only be in minimal amounts. Therefore, it frequently requires nutrient supplementation.
