How does this controller work?

This controller removes the complexity of your reservoir management and makes the precision you need more accessible than ever.

The product is straightforward to operate, allowing the user to choose the settings which are known to work best for any particular growing setup.

You can adjust settings using the Connect computer software from any location worldwide as long as you have an internet connection.

For reading the pH levels, you can adjust this for either pH up (too alkaline) or pH down (too acidic). This product also comes with a temperature probe, ensuring that all of the measurements and doses that need to be accurate compensate automatically for temperature changes.

How do I use this controller?

This controller handles lots of things at the same time but is relatively easy to use.

To connect the product, plug in the Connect Stick provided and download the free software to your location. Once installed on your computer, you’ll be able to set up an account for yourself and any team members. They need to download the free mobile app and use their login to connect.

You can view all the data collected by the product in real-time, and you’ll also be able to adjust any settings on your computer as you wish. You’ll be able to receive this real-time data and also any notifications about alarms as well as any lockout status updates.

The product has several safety features to reduce any risk of plant overdose and system malfunction. You can set visual high and low alarms, alerting you if your preferred pH, conductivity, and temperature ranges go out of your pre-set maximum and minimum levels.

The dosing will not occur whenever your controller is in its alarm status to reduce the risk of overdosing. The controller’s automated dosing procedure allows for thorough and effective mixing before the plants receive their next dose. Ensuring you will never accidentally overdo your various pH or nutrient adjustments. This product will automatically stop dosing whenever it detects unfavourable or suspect conditions.

Although no calibration is necessary for conductivity and temperature, users must calibrate the product’s pH probe regularly, at least once a week. Stock up on everything you need to clean, maintain and calibrate your probes by purchasing the appropriate calibration fluids.
