How do these extractor fans work?

The Q-Max has premium quality 3D rotor stat systems and insulated aluminium enclosures constructed to very high standards. How to decide on which model of fan

Deciding which fan model to choose will depend on how much air you need to extract from your grow space; this ‘rated airflow’ is provided in Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) or as Cubic Metres per Hour.

How do I use these extractor fans?

The Q-max range of fans draws large volumes of air through a suitable carbon filter, through the main body of the fan and then out via your ventilation ducting system to a point outside the grow space. This process draws in fresh, cool air while removing excess heat and moisture.

Once you attach the fan to the filter, this forces old air out of the grow room and ducts out. Before connecting your ducting, you must align your fan with the airflow direction in your extraction setup. You can purchase hanging accessories to ensure optimal functionality.

Create the shortest, straightest path you can in your extraction arrangement to a distant location. Long or numerous-cornered ducting designs will make the extraction equipment less effective and noisier.
