Cyclone Plastic Wall Fan

The Cyclone Cyclone Plastic Wall Fan is a practical and handy fan for medium to larger sized hydroponic grow rooms and grow tents which provides the essential circulation of air that is necessary for healthy plants.

Air movement fans push the air around gently and naturally, which is good for CO2 supply and keeps fungi at bay.  This fan is convenient when space is at a premium and is extremely sturdy and reliable. It has three speed settings controlled by a dial on the front of the unit, and you can also make the fan oscillate, which will have a buffering effect on the air all around the growing area.

The Cyclone Fan has several attributes, and these include:

You should note that simply installing such a wall fan into your hydroponic setup within a grow room isn’t enough for a complete ventilation system, nor would it be any substitute. These circulation fans are not to be confused with the proper ventilation duct fans, which move large volumes of air in and out of vented spaces. Nor should you use a fan controller with these circulatory fans, as they will burn out and may cause a fire. The two fans are different types of equipment for entirely different functions.

How to use the Wall Fan

You should use the screws and wall plugs provided when mounting wall fans. We recommend that you place the fan in an area towards a wall to avoid causing windburn on your plants’ leaves as the circulated air will bounce off your wall and then around your grow room.

Turn the dial on the front or pull the switch cord to adjust the fan’s speed. It’s so easy to plug your fan in and go! However, do not connect an air circulation fan to a fan speed controller. This fan will control the speed of air circulation with its switches. If you add a fan speed controller, you could cause damage and fire.

The Cyclone Wall Fans are circulatory air fans, not to be confused with the more powerful duct fans, which move large volumes of air from one space to another as part of the growing area’s ventilation system. It is a stand-alone product easily installed within any hydroponic grow tent or grow room. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
