RAM Aluduct Low Noise Ducting is a multi-layered duct made from reinforced aluminium and polyester laminate. The manufacturing process encapsulates the product with a high-tensile steel-wire helix to promote rigidity. The outcome is a ducting able to maintain shape and produce less drag – this is perfect for reducing airflow noise.

This component is ideally suited for use in hydroponic grow systems.

How Does it Work?

RAM Aluduct lets the air in a hydroponic extraction or ventilation system travel from the grow space through the fan and carbon filter and out through the exit outlet.

Low Noise Ducting works to reduce the sounds caused by the mechanical movement of the fan and the whoosh of the air as it travels through the extraction system, repeatedly hitting the ducting walls.

There are 12 distinct sizes, based on each being either 5 or 10 metres in length, and seven various widths for both of these length sizes.
